How much do you charge for shipping?

Great question! We don't charge for USA shipping. However, we do charge for international shipping and rates are subject to vary based on location.  

How long until my product arrives?

Your package will ship within 3-5 business days after your order. Due to the pandemic some delays should be expected, but for the most part domestic deliveries arrive on time (no later than 10 business days) since we ship from the US. For standard shipping we use USPS First Class Mail.

My package was misplaced by the carrier, what should I do?

Shoot us an email at info@lugaeta.com and we'll investigate the issue further.

 

Disclaimer for international customers: Lu Gaeta does not handle customs duty within our platform, as such customs duty may apply and customers are responsible for paying them. Our product pricing does not include customs duty and taxes as this depends on the location where the customer is buying from. While most of our suppliers take care of the taxes and customs duties themselves, when shipping within a country, sales taxes may be applicable. The way duty and taxes work for international customers is that it is charged once it arrives in the country of destination. The major reasoning for this is so those national tax authorities can get their taxes and duties from citizens under their laws and jurisdictions.

The impact of the COVID-19 outbreak is changing daily and we hope to get back to standard shipping times for all our products. Deliveries will not be affected, however, there might be slight to moderate delays due to safety measures, but generally, shipments arrive on time since we ship from our US-based facility. The devastating spread of the pandemic has impeded the day-to-day lives of everyone around us, including businesses of every size, on a global scale. Our factory is currently taking every precaution to keep their employees safe.
